We will then provide you with further instructions.If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a difference with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an e- mail or in online.  If the returning package does not include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.

We do not cover the shipping costs of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling of shipping the exchanged items back to you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund and place a new order for the style you prefer. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection , as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable .

If you wish to cancel, you must inform us in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days following the day you received the goods and you must also take reasonable care of the goods. We would consider that reasonable care has not been taken of the goods, for instance, if you have used them to an extent beyond what would be reasonable if examining them in a shop before purchase.
